Citizen Tay Calls for Transparent Regulatory Guidelines on the Use of License Plate Scanner

On 13 March 2014, Steven Roemerman sounded the alarm on the use of license plate scanners, during the regular City Council meeting.  He raised major privacy concerns and called for specific transparent regulatory guidelines.
